 Vision, a Precita Eyes Mural, San Francisco

Vision:
A collaborative
effort with expert muralists, Oakland Tech and CCA students to
create a public mural in the Temescal neighborhood. Themes: The mural would merge ideas of health and community as they relate specifically to youth. Location: 4501 Broadway (the old Alameda County Services Building on Broadway between 45th and 49th streets), which is owned by Kaiser Permanente. There are several large bare walls on this building. Kaiser has a grant program for such community projects and we have submitted a proposal asking for permission to use the space and funding for the project. |
