Features: The park could include landscaping, seating and integrated artworks such as mosaics. There may also be a site for temporary rotating installations by local artists.

Location: A site of interest is the traffic triangle adjacent to Kasper's Hot Dogs, where 45th Street, Shattuck and Telegraph Avenue converge. In response to Jane Brunner's call for ideas on how to spend streetscape funds, we submitted the following proposal for this site and received positive feedback:

Next steps: We are exploring initiating a community workshop around the concept of creating a public commons. The goals of this workshop will be community building, visioning and exploring potential sites.
